T'Pel gets a pet while Tuvok's in the delta quadrant to help deal with his loss and after he gets back there's a mutual big show of not liking one another but after like a month she's his little buddy.

They're incredibly fast clever and patient and usually lie in wait #before chasing down their prey in a sprint (not long distance runners). Common pets on Vulcan for households that can't devote space to #a sehlat. Ek'zer Bezhun are very playful and need plenty of attention/mental stimulation!#Pi'kahm-kam is a rescue from a shelter. Plucked her feathers out poor thing...follows T'Pel around all the time wanting to be held.#Skittish around new people. Will bite!! But never T'Pel.#She was very good for T'Pel bc it gave her something to focus on and a reason to like...do things everyday when she was depressed about #Tuvok's disappearance.
